I like Ryan Reynolds even way back with his TV series Two Guys, A Girl and a Pizza Place (or something like that). But I’m not sure how he’s gonna pull off being both Deadpool and Green Lantern. I actually can’t see how he’ll fit as Hal Jordan as Hal is usually has a serious persona.

So it’s raining again. Like raining heavy + flooding sort of rain. Just exactly the one I love. The one where you wake up in the morning and feel oh so good and wants to go back to sleep and hopes for no classes. Only to realize that you no longer have classes but you have to go to work instead.

Most of my friends know how much I love the rain.

Best thing to do while raining is to drive around the city with good music. Good friends might do too. Well good friends and good music then. I do hate floods though. Especially in Taft Ave. where mostly the sides are the first ones to be flooded and you see commuters in the middle of the road avoiding the flood while waiting for their jeepneys/busses. A 4-lane street is now effectively turned into 1-lane together with the jeepneys and busses.

You know what else is annoying ? Morning radio. Why the fuck are most radio stations having morning shows that have DJs talking about some random bullshit for 80% of the time ? I’m just gonna go blame Chico and Delamar for starting this crap way back 10 years ago. Lol and they’re still there. Honestly, some of the topics are cool and interesting. But in the morning… when I’m still groggy and grumpy and feeling shitty, I just want good music.

So why not turn on your CD player ? Your iPod ? I dunno. Maybe I just wanna hear some DJs in between some songs. Or maybe I wanna hear new songs that I still haven’t pirated.

Okay I just need to say something about chickens. I don’t like eating chickens. I especially hate chicken wings. It’s too much of a hassle and work just to seperate the meat and the bone.

I do however love KFC because the way their fried chicken’s skin taste is so yum yum. Original or Hot and Crispy. And how does some restaurants such as Don Henricos get such huge chicken wings to cook buffalo style ? They’re reaaaalllllyyyyy huge and is so meaty so I wouldn’t mind it either. Just hope that it’s not one of those injected mutating chickens.

As most of my friends know, I’m back to studying in DLSU to pursue my Masters in Business Administration. Surely enough, my first class started last May 28.

And then A(H1N1) or Swine Flu kinda decided to go to DLSU too I guess.

So here I am back to vacation (but I still got work) along with thousands of Lasallians.

But since the professor already gave us groupings for our Management Principles class and our group is going to be the first to present, we got two weeks to prepare. Gonna go to a meeting later on and I haven’t read a single chapter of our textbook.

Have I mentioned before on how much my life revolves around cramming and how I just love to cram ?

So yeah here I am in the office… procrastinating while I read some chapters before my groupmates decide to brand me as the useless one.

Oh and for those CSB students complaining that they should have 10 days break too, yeah I heard you guys got hit too. LOL. Congrats I guess.

When did blogging suddenly become about the money instead of the thoughts ?

When did blogging become a sort of advertising ?

What happened to the old school blogging on personal nonesense and bullshit on whatever your thoughts come up with with no regards at all to hOwEvEr wAy YoU wAnNa tYpE yoUR bLoG ?

No matter how ‘jologs’ or stupid those bloggers are, you have to admit, they do entertain you in their own way. From how they enjoy sitting beside this hot looking dude in the jeepney, to what they think about their maid who doesn’t know how to cook that came from Capiz.

Of course there are those who writes pretty well and puts exaggerated bullshits in their stories for you to think that they had such an interesting adventure. From sharing their problems they have with their families, to the trips they enjoyed with their barkada last Christmas.

Nah. We rarely see those kind of blogs anymore. Right now all we get are these so called ‘bloggers’ who update their blogs 4-5x per week making reviews of some foot powder they’ve been using on their faces. Or the ones where they visit Aling Maming’s carinderia to show you the menu of goat dishes and tell you how orgasmic they taste.

It’s like watching television that’s full of commercials with no real program at all.

And I’m the one being told to have a serious blog. Blogs are supposed to be serious ? I never got the memo.

I do understand where some of these are coming from. Hey if you do have an interesting blog and do get traffic, advertisers pay you to put their silly ass stamps on your blog site. You even get free passes to photoshoots and events and parties and orgies and shits.

I dunno man. I just kinda feel bad for some people. Blogging used to be about wanting to write something. Nowadays, it’s more of needing to write something.

I’d say that last week was a fun and awesome week. Had plenty of surprises and whatnots.

The fun started off of course with the Shadow Circle EB on Wednesday at Gerry’s Grill Promenade branch.

I’m too lazy to name all of them but yeah that’s a mix of old SC-RO as well as new SC-WoW.

So back to the topic…

I met our guildmate “Malambing” last week prior to the EB. And have been chatting with her for a while. She’s a blogger and Plurker and all the internet whatevers too. I immediately thought that she’s familiar but I just couldn’t remember when/how/what I know about her.

Then it hit me.

Her blog’s HeaRty’s Haven.

Waitaminute…

HeaRty ??? lol HeaRty from IRC way way way way back during the first few years of dial up internet and ICQ ?

Dang ! Yep she’s HeaRty alright. I’ve known her way back around 1996~ or so. LOL.

Well the week’s not done yet.

As most of my friends know, my parents are way too desperate to get me a gf. If you don’t know all the crazy LOL stories I have before… well sucks for you.

This one would be another memorable LOL experience as well. I’d say a good kind of LOL for a change.

Well this past Sunday, my dad set me up with his mahjong-buddy’s daughter. He told me she’s my age. So I thought to myself… uh-oh, high chance of this being someone I know.

Sunday.

We met. We waved at each other. And laughed.

LOL.

Another odd dream.

Started with Gremer driving while me, Henry and Gideon are inside. Then Gremer suddenly needs to leave the car in the middle of traffic. I ended up driving his car but I’m not familiar with manual. So we just drove around Binondo while I’m struggling with it.
