(Okay very very late update… but whatever.)
Yep I got a silver ticket to John Mayer’s concert !!! Supposed to be on May 16 but I heard it’s gonna be moved to October.
I was supposed to get the gold tickets but they’re not being sold wtf.
I felt kinda iffy at first going to an Owl City concert… but it really wasn’t bad. Not bad at all! Probably because I was expecting Adam Young to do a solo performance sitting and playing his keyboard. But then they really got the whole band there which is great. I especially liked that girl on the keyboards that sings in some of the songs with him. They also got two girls playing the violin and dancing around doing stupid things.Adam Young was entertaining to watch because he looks like a retarded junkie and just kept on moving around.
The fun part was that we actually didn’t have any tickets an hour before the concert. Was roaming around looking for scalpers and found some guy that sold us 6 silver tickets for P800 each. Meh not bad considering it was initially listed as P898 before they turned it into promo tickets.
Not really big fan of Paramore. Was there to accompany my bestfriend since that’s her favorite band. I also found this to be an opportunity to try out my camera as well as my camera skills. The shots weren’t very good but I’d say they were pretty decent. I’ll be trying to clean up as much noise as I can before uploading these.
The concert was actually great. Even though I was surrounded by 16-18 yr olds who are around 5 inches shorter than me, it was a fun experience. The crowd was intense, and they didn’t really mind the pushing and the heat. Unlike some stupid spoiled cunt who went to a rock concert wearing a dress and sandals who then later on complained about being stepped on lol. Seriously, I was surrounded by kids who couldn’t even see Hayley on the stage but they were totally enjoying the concert.
I also love Hayley’s shirt with writings “Thrilla in Manila”.
By the way, that mic looks like a carrot.
Went to Coron, Palawan with Bray’s friends. March 5-8… I mean 5-9. Flight on the 8th got canceled so we ended up staying for an additional night.
Coron was truly an awesome experience. We were on the sea 60% of the time. Snorkeling while looking at corals and shipwrecks, feeding fishes, and overall just enjoying the sea.
Happy new year !!! Yeah let’s start with that.
Bought a damn kickass camera. Canon S90 point & shoot and has been using it trying my best to take SLR-like pics. Don’t worry, I’m almost there. LOL.

No date. Went clubbing with the MBA friends instead.
Then on to some updates I’m more enthusiastic about…
I feel like Truman in The Truman Show. You know, with cameras everywhere and people watching me.
But more specifically, I’d say I feel like my dating life feels like a sitcom.
What’s the plot ? Simple. Kelvs’ pathetic attempt at searching for THE ONE. Pilot season probably shows me as a fat (and cute) 7-year old kid with his first crush… oh waitafuckinminute… let’s go further back to maybe 3 years old in nursery being pinched by this girl named Mercedes and being teased by my parents and yaya about it. It’s not funny ! Her pinches hurt !!!
The twist ? Kelvs always gets into complicated and wacky situations. If you’re part of my close friends group, you’ve probably heard of my stories.
Like that young chick who’s a bit umm… psycho that told me her dad’s asking if I’m courting her… 30 minutes after our first date; followed by her sister texting me the next date on how was it.
Then there’s the infamous ‘veggie girl‘. She’s a vegetarian. Well she eats seafood. But still… I fucking love bacon, steaks, and burgers.
Well you get the idea… I never get someone ‘normal’. Like my friends who are with their gfs for 10 years since HS and are now married. They’re pretty much ‘normal’.
Someone did tell me something though… “You make simple things seem complicated.”
She might actually have a point though.
But anyway… previous season ended with November. I’m curious to see what’s in store for next season.

I dunno… good or bad. It’s gonna be part of my life. Just enjoy the ride.
A few epiphanies for today:
Stereotypes are REAL.
They are there because that is based on the experience of the majority. It was created because statistically… majority of ‘this’ is actually ‘that’. Why reject statistics ? So from now on, I’ll base everything on the stereotypes… until that single person proves the stereotype wrong. Thus, making him/her the exception.
and the other one…
Why is the concept of ’sin’ limited only to humans ?
Why aren’t animals bounded by restrictions of right or wrong? Is there no heaven/hell for them ? No right or wrong ?

I’m loving it.
The class, profs, paperworks, new friends, etc etc etc. EVERYTHING.
So yeah. The 1st term is officially over. Course cards aren’t out yet though. But I’d say I’m very much enjoying MBA… so far. The class discussions are so much more interesting. It’s the mix of people in the class… the mix of people of different ages… with different experiences. Just simply everything.
Another big reason of course would be the new friends I have made. Friends… network… acquaintances. Whatever you call it. Great great mix of people.
